This engaging webinar will introduce participants to a selection of herbs and explore some of their traditional health benefits, whether you’re new to herbalism or already growing herbs in your garden, this session offers accessible knowledge you can start using straight away.

The webinar will also include tips and guidance on creating your own herbal tea garden, covering practical considerations such as plant selection, growing conditions and harvesting for best flavour and benefit.

You’ll gain confidence in choosing herbs that suit your lifestyle, space and climate, and learn how to turn fresh or dried herbs into calming, restorative teas.

Presenter Bio : Caroline Parker is a degree-qualified herbalist, author, award-winning tea blender, and the passionate voice behind The Cottage Herbalist.

Based in the misty Wombat Forest in Central Victoria, Caroline’s world revolves around growing, foraging, and working with healing plants. She shares this knowledge through hands on workshops, foraging walks, and her internationally released book The Medicinal Garden. Alongside her own medicinal garden and home studio, Caroline is part of the gardening teams at Acre of Roses, Trentham Estate and Stonewalls Musk, she offers Companion Gardening in her local community and is currently furthering her studies in Horticulture. Her work is rooted in a deep love of seasonal living, getting her hands in the dirt, and connecting people to the land.
