Discover the therapeutic effects of ecotherapy in this newest THA workshop. We’re all part of nature and this workshop will encourage a more nature-conscious way of living.

In this 2-hour workshop, ecotherapists Kerryn Coombs-Valeontis and Kate Coenen will share creative techniques to live in a more mindful way amongst nature.
You’ll have the opportunity to express your eco-self in safe environment and meet like-minded people.

After an introduction into ecotherapy and eco-art, you’ll create your own non-permanent artwork. Materials will be provided and you can buy food and plants at the venue.

  • Materials will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own flowers, leaves, seedpods, etc.
  • No catering is provided, so please bring your own or treat yourself from the onsite "One Mile Kitchen Cafe".

The Secret Garden Community Hub is part of the Western Sydney University in Richmond.  Please check how to get there in advance as the venue can be tricky to find.  Parking is available onsite.
