Speakers:

Presenter 1:  Kayte Kitchen
As the founder of Admirari Nature Therapy and a Garden Therapist at The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Kayte conducts individual and group sessions that emphasize sensory experiences and nature immersion. With over 25 years of experience in education and counselling, she combines her horticultural expertise with therapeutic practices to promote healing and a sense of wholeness.
Kayte’s sessions help participants connect or reconnect with the natural world through active and contemplative, reflective activities that promote emotional regulation, mindfulness and general wellbeing.

To help the day run smoothly, please arrive at the Ground Floor Information Desk, where you'll be welcomed and directed to the workshop room. All participants will be asked to sign in on arrival and sign out at the end of the workshop. As we plan to spend approximately one hour exploring the gardens (weather permitting), please wear comfortable, enclosed shoes and dress appropriately for all weather conditions. If you have a reusable keep cup, we'd love you to bring it along to enjoy a tea or coffee during the workshop. We'd also appreciate a few volunteers to bring a small plate to share for morning tea.
