Meet your THA hosts, Vivian Sinclair and Caroline Brown, for a guided walk and talk about the 4-year transformation from barren park to Micro-Forest and Native Plant space. It features a dense micro-forest and an edible food forest, featuring over 1,500 native plants, a nature play space, and water-harvesting earthworks.
Location : Gawari Mada – Micro-Forest, Food Forest in Holt, ACT
Followed by Lunch at Café Stepping Stone, Strathnairn, ACT from 12:45pm.
On-site food production gardens support the café, with fresh produce while providing valuable learning opportunities for migrant and refugee women.
Enjoy lunch while connecting with the group.
