Summary: This presentation aims to demonstrate how nature based therapy can be used as a therapeutic tool in a variety of settings for both outdoor and indoor practice. It will endeavour to align with the theme of restorative landscapes by showing people how we can create a therapeutic landscape both internally and externally through building our relationship with the natural world to restore the health of both the people and the planet.
