I believe in the joy, learning & healing that nature & gardening can provide, through my personal experience dealing with chronic pain, grief through loss, anxiety & depression.

My small business, Cultivating Hope, helps individuals to develop a deeper connection to nature through therapeutic horticulture & nature based activities.
Gardening as therapy can yield amazing results, for both the environment and the person tending it. Nature nurtures our physical and mental well-being
Cultivating Hope’s gardening activities are used to improve the body, mind and spirit of people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. My services treat all people equally, respectfully and without prejudice. Satisfaction is achieved by assisting people with kindness to reach their goals and find purpose, confidence and improve self-esteem.
The impact of nature on general well-being is unquestionable. Nature can change your negative mood to more calm and balanced. It can improve mindfulness and vitality.
Cultivating Hope can provide outings to gardens and parks and more adventurous excursions such as guided bush walks and nature getaways.

I work with individuals & small groups. All activities are tailor-made for the clients best outcomes. They are personal goal orientated with a focus on individuals abilities.
