I am a qualified Horticulturist, Therapeutic Horticulture Practitioner, Garden Coach and the heart behind A Seed Once Sown, where I share the healing and grounding joy of gardening with others.
Through hands on garden and nature based experiences, I support individuals and small groups to reconnect with nature, find balance and grow; both plants and themselves. Programs are tailored for all ages and abilities and allows space to slow down, build confidence and enjoy the simple, healing joy of working with plants.
Whether you have a backyard, balcony, courtyard, or just a few pots, we will create something meaningful and nourishing together. Every garden holds the potential to become a place of calm, connection and renewal.
Programs are delivered in a range of settings, including:
Disability and NDIS services
Aged Care settings
Hospitals and Wellbeing Centres
Schools and Early Learning Centres
Community Organisations
Private Garden Coaching sessions
