Speakers:

Speaker 1: Jasmine Fuller

Bio: Jasmine is an Occupational Therapist and the founder of Space to Grow OT, a private practice dedicated to supporting neurodivergent women and caregivers. Through a neurodiversity-affirming approach, she helps clients build sustainable routines, manage their energy, and strengthen self-understanding. Her work centres on guiding women to come home to themselves, so they can experience greater wellbeing, confidence, and alignment in daily life. Alongside her occupational therapy practice, Jasmine is completing a Certificate III in Horticulture, expanding her skills in therapeutic gardening and nature-based practice. She is passionate about weaving together occupational therapy, neurodiversity-affirming principles, and horticulture to create inclusive, restorative spaces where people can grow — both in the garden and in themselves.
