Eco Art Workshop

Discover the therapeutic effects of ecotherapy in this newest THA workshop. We’re all part of nature and this workshop will encourage a more nature-conscious way of living.

In this 3-hour workshop, ecotherapist Kerryn Coombs will share techniques to live in a more mindful way amongst nature. You’ll have the opportunity to express your eco-self in safe environment and meet like-minded people.

After an introduction into ecotherapy and eco-art, you’ll create your own non-permanent artwork in a prominant garden in  Sydney. Materials will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own flowers, leaves, seedpods, etc.
