I am the Coordinator of Therapeutic Horticulture at Kevin Heinze GROW, a non-profit disability service provider based in Doncaster, Victoria, working towards a vision of health and wellbeing through connection to nature and community. I am a proud Deaf and neurodivergent horticulturalist and I am passionate about the wellbeing and therapeutic benefits of gardening and nature for disabled people, as well as the right of all people to have access to those benefits.

Kevin Heinze GROW has 2 sites – 39 Wetherby RD Doncaster, established by Kevin Heinze over 45 years ago, and as of 2024 our Coburg operations in the Ilma Lever Gardens at 2A Station ST, Coburg.
